SPiTZ Vet Care is a company run by veterinarians for veterinarians. We are passionate about providing high-quality, intelligent products ‘Made in Germany’ to support the excellent care of our animals. SPiTZ Vet Care is part of RZ Medizintechnik GmbH, a family-owned company with 30 years of experience, based in Tuttlingen, the global centre of medical technology. Founded in 2021, SPiTZ Vet Care draws on this experience and knowledge in the fields of endoscopy and general surgery, specialising in veterinary medicine.

SPiTZ Vet Care offers a standard warranty period of one year. This does not cover incorrect handling, misuse or wear and tear.

There is no minimum order quantity. For custom-made products, the minimum order quantity depends on the product and the type of instrument. Please let us know which items you are interested in, and we will provide you with more detailed information.

SPiTZ Vet Care is part of RZ Medizintechnik, a company that holds all the necessary international certifications. These certificates can be viewed here.

It is possible to label the products with your own company name/logo and/or item number or without any labelling at all.

We participate in a large number of trade fairs and conferences each year. You can find an overview of these events here.

We provide a tracking number for every parcel we send, which you can use to check its location at any time.

We can ship your order using whichever carrier you prefer. The most popular options are DPD, FedEx, DHL, UPS and RIM Logistics.

We specialise in minimally invasive and general open surgery. Our extensive range of endoscopy products is centred on diagnostic endoscopy, flexible endoscopy, arthroscopy, laparoscopy and urogenital diagnostics and treatment. We also develop and supply high-quality instruments and services for general surgery, offering more than 10,000 instrument variants for traditional open surgery, orthopaedics, spinal and neurosurgery, and thoracic and abdominal surgery.

We believe that operating manuals and instructions for use are an integral part of every product, deserving the same level of attention as the product itself. You can find all instructions for use here.

We use universal power supplies with a rating of 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz.

We offer a variety of set recommendations for almost every area. You can find many of these in our catalogues and on our website. If you require additional sets, please contact us and we will put together a suitable one for you.

We have a special exchange offer on endoscopes from any manufacturer. Please let us know which model you have, and we will send you a quote as soon as possible. We also offer instrument and device exchange, as well as repair of all products from any manufacturer upon request.

Endoscope repairs usually take between one and two weeks. The duration of repairs to other instruments varies depending on the extent of the damage.
